01 Commitment to Quality & Transparency

At Amixon Digital, we specialize in high-touch, customized engineering, bespoke design systems, and dedicated advertising funnel execution. Because our work represents custom creative labor, architectural sprint planning, and dedicated developer bandwidth rather than mass-produced boxed software, all refund requests are governed by clear milestone-based parameters.

Our milestone agreements protect both parties: you only approve and pay for work after reviewing tangible progress, and our engineering bandwidth remains committed to your scheduled launch timeline.

02 Website Design & Development Sprints

Our web development projects are executed across clear sequential phases:

• Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a client cancels in writing within 48 hours of paying the initial deposit and prior to the commencement of design discovery or wireframing sprints, a full 100% refund of the deposit is granted (minus any third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees).
• During Design & Prototyping: If cancellation occurs after discovery, brand alignment, or initial Figma interactive prototypes have been delivered, the advance deposit covers the creative and research labor performed and is non-refundable.
• Post-Staging Approval & Final Deployment: Once staging review is signed off and production source code, GitHub repository access, or live domain DNS records are deployed, the final milestone payment is non-refundable.
• 30-Day Post-Launch Bug Warranty: Every custom website includes a complimentary 30-day bug-fix warranty. Any deviations from agreed functional specifications or layout bugs reported within 30 days are rectified promptly at zero additional cost.

03 Digital Marketing & Meta/Google Advertising Retainers

For performance marketing, lead generation sprints, and monthly paid media retainers:

• Direct Platform Ad Spend: Ad spend is billed directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC to your client payment card. Amixon Digital does not hold, markup, or process your media budget, and advertising network charges are strictly non-refundable by Amixon.
• Monthly Agency Retainers: Monthly management fees cover strategic audience research, creative copywriting, ad creative production, CAPI tracking setup, and daily bid monitoring. Management fees are billed at the beginning of each 30-day billing cycle and are non-refundable once the sprint cycle begins.
• Retainer Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel monthly ad management at any time with a 14-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. No further management fees will be billed once the current 30-day cycle concludes.

04 Brand Identity & Graphic Creative Design

Brand identity, SVG vector logo development, and social media creative bundles:

• Concept Stage: Our brand identity packages include multiple distinct initial design vectors and up to two comprehensive rounds of revisions to ensure brand satisfaction.
• Deliverables Handover: Once final vector source files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF, high-resolution PNG) are delivered to the client, fees are non-refundable as proprietary vector assets cannot be revoked or returned.

05 Third-Party Pass-Through Expenses

Certain digital project components involve external vendors and service providers:

• Expenses for third-party cloud hosting plans (Hostinger, AWS, Vercel), custom domain registrations, third-party software subscriptions (WhatsApp Business API providers, CRM licenses), commercial font licenses, or stock photography purchases made on behalf of the client are non-refundable under any circumstance, as these vendors operate under independent refund terms.

06 How to Submit a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our registered channels:

• Send a formal cancellation email to aamir@amixondigital.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Company/Project Name]".
• State the specific reason for cancellation and the relevant milestone phase.
• Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days via the original method of payment (bank NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or payment gateway reversal).
